

Siuwa Monyei is a dual-qualified lawyer and child digital rights expert with over a decade of legal experience. At Chronicles Advisory, she advises clients on corporate and commercial matters and arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Siuwa has extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution, having coordinated arbitral proceedings, served as tribunal secretary, and acted as both counsel and mediator in mediation proceedings. She is also actively involved in sustainable legal education initiatives, co-leading practice teams focused on developing innovative learning and professional development solutions for emerging legal practitioners. Her work includes contributing to the drafting of the African Arbitration Association Guidelines and Standards.
Siuwa is called to the Bar in Nigeria and is also qualified in England and Wales. She holds advanced degrees in law and political economy, including an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has undertaken graduate studies in international law and development-focused policy. She has completed specialist training in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, mediation, negotiation, and child protection.
She regularly designs and delivers training programmes, workshops, and policy engagements across Africa and internationally, working with regulators, schools, civil society organisations, and industry stakeholders to promote safe, responsible, and rights-respecting use of technology.
